Body Fat Challenge Officially Launched. We have seven participants so far. Prize pot is somewhere between $200-400 (*getting totals on pledges). Late registration is this Thursday 7:15 before F I T C L U B (challenge details: http://www.tinyurl.com/win120 )

F I T C L U B is BACK!

Every Thursday at 7:30 pm Stroud's Fitness in Hurst. We are meeting in the Kickboxing Dojo. Bring your friends. We will be rotating many different Beachbody Training Programs such as P90X, INSANITY, Slim In 6 so you can experience a taste these life and body transforming while considering which one would be the right match for you.

If you are not local to DFW and want to get some serious results, I offer my support without the prize money incentive nationwide. I have not figured out how to administer a fair body fat test nationwide yet. Working on it.
