I have a client who sent me this message today:
"Here is my problem. My body is not sore but I can't move. It almost
feels like depression. I have no energy to do anything. I assume it
has to do with all the sugar I have taken out of my life. Does this sound about right to you?
I assume this will pass if I keep eating.
Thoughts?"
He is going through big withdrawals from getting off his multiple Cokes per day.

He might also consider adding in green tea once or twice a day.
There is a great chapter on negative and positive forms of energy in the book "The Way Were Working Isnt Working" Tony Schwartz.
Caffeine and sugar of course are negative forms of energy. Proper nutrition, exercise, hydration and rest are practices to create positive energy. He is are transitioning between the two camps in my opinion.
