If you're ready to commit to your fitness and nutrition, I am forming a select private group for a 30-day Fitness and Nutrition Challenge. This is only for those that are serious about fully committing for 30 days. I am limiting it to 5 people so I can give you one on one support daily. We start November 14th. Not only will I support you, we'll support one another and I can assure you of success.

Here are the challenge requirements.

2. You must replace one meal a day with SHAKEOLOGY!! You must purchase a bag of Shakeology on HD (Home Direct) in time for the event to start. I require this as I feel it is an important part of helping one get the right minerals and nutrients to create a healthier body. I do it myself every day.
3. You must have P90X and commit to a minimum of 5 workouts per week. For some, this may be 20-30 minutes, for others 60 minutes. Note: P90X is 90 day program. I will coach you thru the rest of the program as well, should you need it. After 30 days you should be in a very strong pattern of adherence.
4. You must agree come and post on the Facebook Group Wall EVERY DAY. I want to hear how your workout went, how you blended your shake, if you had it as a meal or a snack, if you missed a meal or felt so good you decided to workout twice!...I want to hear about your day!! :) This feedback will be critical to the TEAM.
5. You must log your workouts into the Team Beachbody on line super gym. This will hold you accountable and give you support as you watch and connect with others going through a similar journey as yourself. You may win $500 just for logging in your daily workout AND you may have such an incredible transformation that you enter your story and pictures to Team Beachbody and go for the $100,000 Annual Prize.
My committment to you:1. I will give you my cell phone number, making myself available to you virtually anytime you need a little help, a push or a question answered.
2. I will interact with you daily on our PRIVATE Facebook page to help keep you going on your journey, answering questions, giving encouragement, or giving a kick in the pants. If we the TEAM don't see you check in on FB on any given day, WE will HUNT YOU DOWN to see what's going on.
3. Once a week I host a TEAM Conference call for added support.
