I hear people make excuses all the time that they don’t have the time for taking care of their bodies, for taking 20-45 minutes a day and getting their heart rate up or lifting some weights. I see these same people on Facebook with multiple posts, liking, linking and commenting on trivial things that have very little meaning or value… my personal bias of course.
I challenge you to take a fraction of the time you are spending wisped away in Facebook land and reinvest that time in moving your body, preparing and eating good healthily fuel. You will be amazed at the result this reinvestment will have on your energy and wellbeing.
If you don’t think you have time… check your assumption. Do a three day time log. Discover for yourself the number of hours wasted on thing that are not urgent or important.
