Transform Your Life By Eating Breakfast. Really!



How to know what to eat for breakfast:

1200 calories for first 100 lbs
10 calories per lb over 100

EX: If you weigh 180 lbs
1200 cal for first 100 lbs
800 cal for next 80 lbs
Total cal: 1200 + 800 = 2,000 cal

20% of daily cal for breakfast = 400 cal breakfast

Protein Carbs Fat
40% 30% 30%
160 cal 120 cal 120 cal
4cal/gm 4cal/gm 9cal/gm
40 gm 30 gm 13 gm

  1. My dear friend and roommate Chris is running a 1/2 marathon in mid March, as well as starting a one month vegan diet on March 1st. Im putting together a nutrition plan for him, could you help with carbs, protein, fat ratio based on the calculation that he's burning about 1200 cal per hour when running, and he runs about 30 - 35 miles per week. Also any idea on what would b the ideal diet and recommendations for the few days prior to the 1/2 marathon and on the day of the event...? Thanks in advance for your help!
