This is the first installation of a series called "URBAN STREET TRAINING". We all have many of the same types or roads, structures, etc.. in our neighborhoods. URBAN STREET TRAINING is about using what we around us to help lend variety and challenge to our fitness journey.
DRILL
Stairwell and Parking Line
30 seconds stair climb
60 sec rest
45 second line drills with double thrusts on every line that is a multiple of three.
60 sec rest
60 sec stair climb
60 sec rest
90 sec line drills with double thrusts on every line that is a multiple of three.
Reverse order back down to 30 sec.
Rest 120 seconds
Repeat.
You'll build great legs, butt and lungs.
