Description: If you want to transform your fitness, BOOTCAMP will take you there! Joshua (Cooper Certified) has designed these programs to create RESULTS. BOOTCAMP is not just an exercise program- it's an opportunity to practice and master living positive lifestyle habits and behaviors. This is no ordinary exercise program! Beyond BOOTCAMP, each participant will have customized nutrition plan and online goal tracker tracking activity, nutrition, hydration and sleep. A weekly group accountability call will be conducted to provide support and answer questions about health and fitness that arise along the way.
BOOTCAMP workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular drills, speed and endurance, kickboxing, compound strength training, core, and plyometrics. Every exercise is modifiable to meet people of all fitness levels where they are and help them reach a new level of fitness.You will attend 3 separate hour-long sessions per week for four weeks.
Time: Tuesday 6pm - Thursday 6pm - Saturday 10:00 am
