This "kitchen workout" is the most important workout of the week. If you will invest in preparing what you need you will no longer be a dependent or a victim to quick stops, fast food and vending machines or worse... skipping meals. I can not stress enough feeding your body the right things and the right time created vitality, lightness of being and real health. Ignoring this truth creates obesity, disease, and endless health complications.
