Team Beachbody Challenge AT White Side

Joshua Hodnett (Trainer and Fitness Coach) has teamed up with Tamra Dawn Green. They are launching a 90 Day Beachbody Challenge group on Feb 6th, This is limited it to 15 people so all involved can get individual attention. Would you like to hear more about this??

Core Components:

Activity: Team Beachbody DVD Program.(Slim in Six, P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire... over 30 programs to choose from) 

Nutrition: Included with DVD Program plus added online tools like meal plan wizard

Supplementation: Shakeology - 70 Super foods, pre and pro biotics, digestive enzymes, adaptogen herbs, super greens... more

Hydration: focus on building up to a min of 64 oz of water per day 

Rest: focus on building up to 7-8 hours of sleep per day.

Self Development: 10 pages or 15 minutes per day. Access to over 100 of the top names in self development PDF and MP3 formats

Accountability: online goal tracker, daily check in on group page, weekly team conference call, assignment of fitness buddy

  3. Make it your goal to have one success story to tell for each potential client. When looking for personal coaching success stories, do not make them up or invent! Lying to your client is never a good way to start off your relationship with them. Kudos to your post men!
