Camp is a 5 week cycle.
WEEK ONE: Endurance Training.
WEEK TWO: Functional Training.
WEEK THREE: HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training.
WEEK FOUR: Metabolic Conditioning.
WEEK FIVE: Rest
