FIT BODY FREEDOM DRIVE - AUG 4TH TO SEPT 30TH

This is the EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT of a special fitness / nutrition challenge project that I am launching on August 4th. It is a variation on what I have been doing for years as a fitness and nutrition coach. I have helped 100’s of people live more healthy and rewarding lives with the training and coaching support I offer… so many have gotten remarkable life transforming results.

THE DIFFERENCE
It's time for me to add even more significance to the work I do to help people get healthy, lose weight, etc… I am using my platform as a fitness professional to raise funds for an organization called the International Justice Mission (In nearly 20 communities throughout the developing world, IJM protects the poor from violence by partnering with local authorities to end sex trafficking, slavery, and other abuses of power.)

I am looking for people that want to get significant awesome personal fitness results (lose weight, develop positive habits around fitness, nutrition, relaxation, etc…) while making their efforts deeply significant to the lives others. 



DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS 
The purpose of the FIT BODY FREEDOM DRIVE is to learn and practice the fundamentals of sound nutrition and movement and raise funds for IJM. Participation in the group will result in fat loss greater energy, vitality and ever increasing states of health and well-being. In short – YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOALS

I (Joshua) am going to share with you the formula for results I've used successfully with so many. I am here to hold you accountable to your health for 60 days. 60 days! I KNOW you can do it! It isn’t about perfection. It IS about doing your best… learning from your mistakes… making adjustments and taking new action.

You are not required to enroll in any fitness or nutrition program to participate in the FIT BODY FREEDOM DRIVE. I DO have some great programs and nutritional recommendations that have been VERY SUCCESS for others and will help accelerate your results and help you past any plateaus you may be facing. We can discuss these options one on one.

WHAT I AM GIVING AS COACH
DAILY COACHING SUPPORT
• Free Coaching (Text, Phone, Video, etc..)
• Private and peer support group (Facebook)
• Private and peer support group (Facebook)

•FOCUS
• Do your beginning measurements and photos.*
• DO YOUR BEST and your best WILL get better.
• Move your body 30 minutes 3-6 days per week.
• Eat 5-6 balanced meals per day.
• Drink ½ your body weight in OZ of water daily.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. *Participant must take “before” picture in a sports bra and shorts for women and just shorts for men. If you are sensitive about this being shown publicly in the future, do NOT include your face. Make them chest down. You must either post them on the group, email or text them to Joshua via email netfit@sbcglobal.net We also MUST document a starting weight and waist measurement.

2. Participant must post a status update DAILY pertaining to how they are doing each day with their activity and nutrition. Posting less than 2 times per week will be grounds for probation and dismissal after 7 days from the group. Accountability requires participation, transparency, response, deliberation and reflection. In order for the plan to work you must do your best to work the plan.

3. Weekly Pictures: Challengers must post 3 pictures per week as follows.
a. 1 after workout picture as evidence you got your sweat on / workout in!
b. 1 picture showing a meal you prepared in accordance with you nutrition plan.
c. 1 picture of you getting your water in.

4. Participant must take “after” picture and provide “after” weight and waist measurement matching the description on Requirement #1 day. If INITIAL check in is not made, you will be deleted from the group on August 7th. Remember, doing all of this for you takes me quite a bit of time….. I’m not interested in dragging anyone along.

We start officially on August 4th. You can get started earlier if you wish. I am excited to see the results from this new group. I've been facilitating these kinds of groups for several years now… the results are nothing short of remarkable. Looking forward to getting you engaged.
